After 34 years raising nine children (sons included), I’ve learned that what looks like laziness or lack of ambition is usually something else: a capable young man who is stuck because the conditions for growth aren’t there.
My work is to help you identify those missing conditions and change them.

This is not coaching or therapy. It is direct mentorship and strategic guidance for parents, based on decades of lived observation of what actually builds capability and direction in young men. We move past endless discussions about the future and focus on the specific changes that will shift things now.

Diagnostic & Roadmap

A 60-minute diagnostic call that moves you from frustration to a clear plan. I identify the core patterns keeping your son stuck and the specific changes that will shift them. You leave with a written Custom Action Plan: concrete steps, grounded in your son’s actual situation.

What you receive:
• 60-minute video diagnostic call
• 3–4 page Custom Action Plan summarising the diagnosis and your core action steps, sent within one week.

How it works:

3. We meet for your 60-minute diagnostic call
4. You receive your Custom Action Plan within one week

90-Day Momentum Track

For clients who have completed the Diagnostic & Roadmap and want sustained support to implement it. A 90-day working partnership to put the plan into practice and shift the family dynamics keeping your son stuck.

What you receive:
• Everything in Diagnostic & Roadmap
• Six bi-weekly 45-minute strategy calls over 90 days
• Email support throughout the 90 days (24-hour response time on business days)
• Voice-note check-ins via WhatsApp for quick updates.
• Progress tracking templates to monitor momentum
• Review and renewal option at 90 days

Complete Reset

For situations where the Diagnostic & Roadmap reveals a need for direct work with your son, not just his parents. Everything in the 90-Day Momentum Track, plus calls with your son directly and a session with both parents together.

What you receive:

• Two 60-minute mentoring calls directly with your son (with parent consent)
• One family alignment call with both parents to coordinate strategy
• Priority access for urgent situations

Each engagement begins with a short, confidential application. This allows me to confirm my guidance is appropriate for your son’s situation. I work with capable but disengaged young men, not acute mental health or medical crises.

After I review your application, you’ll receive a personalised invitation to book your Diagnostic & Roadmap session. Upon booking, you’ll complete a detailed confidential questionnaire that allows me to prepare thoroughly for our 60-minute call. Our time together is then spent entirely on diagnosis and concrete next steps, not basic information gathering.
Applications are typically reviewed within 24–48 hours.
